My experience with the Big Jump Rentals was a great one . The bouncy house came early morning and it was cleaned right away to be used . The owners are professional and very kind . You can see they do their job for the children . I didn't get to use the bouncy do to the area where I live but they were willing to let me redo it at a different location and date .
